The Manager, Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement (ProEx&CI) plays a critical role in driving PMI’s enterprise-wide BPM (Business Process Management) and Continuous Improvement strategy. This role accelerates process transformation, operational efficiency, and value creation by deploying BPM methods, Lean/Six Sigma tools, and CI Products & Services across GBS and enterprise functions.
The Manager partners closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), Service Excellence teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high‑impact transformation initiatives, support standardization, and foster a culture of operational excellence.
HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Lead CI/BPM improvement projects that drive measurable efficiency and service quality gains.
- Partner with Global Process Owners to identify, scope, and prioritize transformation opportunities.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, and process intelligence (e.g., Signavio) to optimize end‑to‑end processes.
- Ensure initiatives are consistent, insight‑driven, and aligned to enterprise transformation priorities.
- Support the execution of PMI’s BPM Playbook and CI Products & Services.
- Maintain CI and BPM toolkits, templates, and methods to ensure high-quality, standardized delivery.
- Contribute to process modeling, future‑state design, and lifecycle management activities.
- Promote BPM standards and drive adoption across the organization.
- Deliver CI/BPM training, coaching, and enablement programs for teams and stakeholders.
- Support Communities of Practice, fostering best‑practice sharing and process‑centric ways of working.
- Help embed a continuous improvement mindset through communication, engagement, and structured recognition.
- Contribute to the CI initiative portfolio, supporting transparency, prioritization, and execution excellence.
- Provide hands‑on support and coaching for strategic and tactical CI efforts.
- Partner with GPOs and Service Lines to track productivity opportunities and efficiency gains.
- Enable data‑driven decision making and contribute to benefit realization tracking.
- 5–7 years in Process Excellence, CI, BPM, OPEX, or Shared Services roles.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt required; familiarity with BPM and Signavio is a strong asset.
- Experience leading improvement projects and partnering across complex, cross‑functional environments.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.

Effective communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and influence stakeholders
- Experience in change management, digital enablement, or process intelligence tools (process mining, modelling) is an advantage.

Full professional proficiency in English is a must; Polish is an asset
