WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Services, or Employee Lifecycle Management within a complex or multinational environment. Experience managing global service lines or end‑to‑end shared service operations is a strong asset.
- Solid end‑to‑end HR operations experience, including employment administration, pre-payroll coordination, rewards processes, and HR data management and reporting, with accountability for service delivery outcomes
- Experience overseeing externally supported operational processes, including day‑to‑day service performance management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement from an operational ownership perspective
- Proven ability to define and execute operational plans, drive process standardization, and deliver continuous improvement at scale
- Experience leading or coordinating teams and working cross‑functionally within HR and shared services environments
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills, with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights and decisions, while maintaining a strong customer‑centric mindset
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) would be an asset
WHAT WE OFFER YOU?
- In this position you will earn no less than PLN 27 300 gross per month

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Manage and continuously improve HR Operations across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, contract management, terminations, payroll reconciliation, and rewards administration, ensuring compliance with labor law and internal policies
- Lead and execute operational HR plans, driving efficiency, standardization, and measurable results aligned with business objectives
- Oversee core HR processes such as employment administration, personnel records management, HR data reporting, and rewards program administration
- Ensure accurate payroll data management, validation, and reconciliation in collaboration with payroll partners
- Act as a key liaison across HR teams to deliver consistent, efficient, and high‑quality HR services
- Drive end‑to‑end process simplification and continuous improvement to enhance employee and stakeholder experience
