WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

· A university graduate with relevant experience (12+ years) in Organization Effectiveness, Human Resources, and/or Consulting

· Have an experience as HR generalist / business partner working with complex organizations that went or going through transformation. Strong preference for business acumen in the IT space, as well as experience of working in consumer centric organizations. Candidate with IT Transformation experience is preferred

· Strong project management experience with personal impact

· Demonstrated success in leading and managing change and organization design

· Pro-active, results oriented and creative partner who respects & cares for people

· Established ability to provide guidance and influence at a senior level in the organization

· English speaker (other languages would be an asset)

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

· Serve as a strategic contributor and catalyst to re-energizing the Digital & Technology Transformation change narrative by developing the right communication platforms, forums, and touchpoints to engage our IT employees and market/ region/ global stakeholders across PMI

· Design/deliver change management and culture interventions that are needed to drive the new ways of working

· Designing and co-facilitating workshops that drive org review/design and change management interventions

· Working closely with ITLT to support the business and to improve core business processes, refine organizational structures, clarify roles and accountabilities with key stakeholders/partners etc.

· Keeping up to date on best practices and innovative programs that are relevant in driving the Diversity & Inclusion and Talent development initiatives in IT

· Analyzing and interpreting organization and talent data on selected projects to develop hypotheses and surface insights to deepen understanding of improvement and efficiency opportunities

· Exposure to budget management and OB cycle process

 

What’s the purpose of this role?

 

IT & Digital as a function has seen a significant change over the years. As part of the overall PMI Transformation agenda IT functions would play a strategic role in augmenting Technology landscape, increase digital literacy and footprint. This spans across Consumer & Commercial IT, Cyber Security, Enterprise Analytics and Data, Technology and Platform Engineering, Products & Life Sciences, Operations and Supply Chain & Corporate IT Platforms.

We need to take advantage of this unique position to play a key role in PMI, one where we contribute to building the vision, define the way to achieve that vision, and help to realize it. To do this, we must think of ourselves as more than ‘business partners’. We must adopt the mind set of ‘business people’, thinking about the business as a whole and strive to create value, not just support it.

In order to be effective Technology Partner we need to enhance our skill, set. We must maintain and keep our key Digital & Technology relevant to current and future needs. We must be great communicators and influencers, translating complexity for our colleagues to drive better decision making and evolving a digital environment both for internal and external consumer.
