WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· 5-7 years of experience in global HR or P&C roles
· Proven track record in managing large-scale organizational change in a global context, experienced acting as a change agent in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
· Key Stakeholders / Interfaces: Function Heads/ Senior Managers, Global P&C Teams
· Strong understanding of HR practices related to deployment of organizational changes and organizational development/ effectiveness.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Fluent in Polish and English.
· Digital fluency and analytical mindset, employer engagement and AI tools are assets
HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US
Strategic Alignment & Organizational Planning
· Act as independent P&C business partner to lead global change initiatives for organization of +700 FTE, optimize operating models, and evolve organizational culture.
· Partner with local P&C Business Partners and Functional Leadership Teams to deploy strategic priorities aligned with the broader business stakeholder and P&C strategy, ensuring alignment of change initiatives with diverse local requirements
· Develop and implement functional organizational changes including migrations, reorganizations and divestments
· Driving harmonization of HR practices across regions
Talent & Performance Management
· Contribute to organizational resourcing strategy, support resourcing of talents internally and externally across the sites for projects related to organizational growth.
· Participate in HC planning and scope assessment activities.
· Support development of talents across global populations
· Facilitate Performance management cycle for global populations, support senior leaders in performance management, coaching, and feedback processes.
Employee Engagement
· Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure regular feedback mechanisms are in place.
· Analyze engagement metrics and collaborate with leaders to implement action plans that address areas for improvement.
· Act as a trusted advisor to managers on all people-related matters.
Learning & Development
· Support creation of a learning environment that builds critical business capabilities and supports lifetime employability.
· Contribute to training and development initiatives tailored to functional needs.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
· Collaborate with other P&C Managers across functions to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
