We are looking for a Manager P&C Cloud Support, who will be responsible for managing, optimizing and improving the day-to-day support activities of current and future global P&C systems. The successful role holder will also manage all necessary changes required to align the P&C system support model with new IT Corporate model for P&C, in order to achieve full alignment, clear ownership and improved user experience. To add, this role will drive or contribute to global projects/initiatives within remit of a given product which delivers value to stakeholders and improve user experience.
Your day to day:
- Instill an agile, lean and customer centric mindset and practices within the team, anticipating needs, removing roadblocks to deliver momentum and outcomes in line with our P&C transformation objectives.
- Co-create and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs with stakeholders, that support current and future business global needs, expected business outcomes and timelines.
- Assess value/impact of requests coming via global feedback loop; define scope & implementation plan, prioritize changes for the given product.
- Lead or contribute to deployment of global P&C solution within managed scope: plan for product release with IT and other relevant stakeholders, lead pilot and ensure deployment of digital solutions and realize business value/benefit.
- Guard and maintain key P&C master data (PA/OM) definitions, core processes and HR Authorization model. Constantly validate relevance of P&C core data definitions and core processes design and adjust when necessary. Implementing robust governance processes, by bringing proper standards in place for Employee & OM data, clear rules for core data access and changes in order to keep high quality of core data and its interoperability, between systems and functions.
- Analyze problems and manage P&C system support requests and changes - working closely with P&C project teams and IT stakeholders, develop change management plans, as well as stakeholder and impact assessments, for P&ED delivery organization.
- Contribute to the update and alignment of P&C digital/cloud support model with IT Corporate model for P&C.
- Support with expertise / lead various projects focused on introducing significant improvements to the product withing this remit.
- Allocate time for novelties on digital technologies, robotic process automation, and small scale automations in order to support validation and development of projects withing P&C Automation Hub
We’re looking for someone with:
- 6-10 years of in Information Technology/Digital or P&C Business Function
- Experience in supporting SAP HCM and other global HR applications with focus on Incident resolution, testing and change management
- Proven experience in leading team responsible for maintenance of global systems in HR space
- Experience in Project Management (including agile) and Service Management
- Experience in Service & Product innovation/management with a strong focus on Employee experience and pain-points removal
- Influencing skills and ability to build trust, collaborate, and engage with various stakeholders ( including senior ones)
- Understanding of key IT delivery processes and HR business processes
- Experience with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce or Avature software
