We are now recruiting for a forward-thinking Logistics Engineering Manager to lead warehousing and fulfilment optimization across our European operations. Your purpose –

As the Logistics Engineering Manager, you will lead multi-functional initiatives to enhance warehousing, order fulfilment, and logistics performance. You’ll drive standardization, digitization, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulations.

Your day-to-day -

• Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve warehousing and transportation processes, reduce costs, and enhance service levels. Promote a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
• Optimize Warehousing Operations: Lead warehousing capacity across European sites, improve network footprint, and support budget planning and cost control.
• Enhance Order Fulfilment: Develop and implement strategies to optimize order fulfilment processes. Collaborate with logistics service providers to ensure contract compliance and performance.
• Ensure Compliance: Uphold PMI principles and legal standards, especially in tolling and export regulations. Lead regular assessments and support audits.
• Build Organizational Capability: Develop a high-performing team, nurture a culture of learning, and drive digital transformation. Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across regions.
• Strengthen Customer Focus: Act as a trusted partner to internal and external collaborators. Ensure logistics operations are aligned with customer needs and expectations.

Who we’re looking for –

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in supply chain roles, including 7+ years in leadership and 5+ years handling 3rd party logistics providers.
• Confirmed expertise in warehousing, order management, and logistics operations (B2B and B2C).
• Strong project management skills and experience with complex supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, WMS, simulation tools).
• Fluent in English; Polish language skills are a plus.
• A strategic problem solver with a strong eye for business, influencing skills, and a results orientated mindset.
