We are looking for a GBS Commercial Capability Building Manager to join our Global Business Solutions organization. In this role, you will lead learning, onboarding, and capability-building initiatives that strengthen commercial excellence across GBS. Through impactful learning experiences and scalable development solutions, you will help teams build critical skills, accelerate performance, and support business transformation

What You'll Do

• Design and continuously enhance Commercial Technical Onboarding programs to accelerate employee readiness and productivity
• Develop and execute Commercial Capability Plans aligned with business priorities and capability needs
• Lead the evolution of the Commercial Operations Academy, creating scalable learning journeys and role-based development programs
• Design engaging learning experiences that support capability growth and business performance
• Plan and deliver Commercial Days and other learning events that promote collaboration, networking, and knowledge sharing
• Measure learning effectiveness through capability assessments, participation data, stakeholder feedback, and business impact metrics
• Translate insights into continuous improvements that maximize learning outcomes and business value
• Manage multiple capability-building initiatives, ensuring delivery against timelines, budgets, and strategic objectives
• Leverage AI-powered and digital learning solutions to enhance learner engagement and development

Skills & Capabilities

• University degree in Learning & Development or a related field
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and scaling learning, onboarding, or capability-building programs
• Strong project and program management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in commercial, sales, customer-facing, or business operations environments is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and experience measuring learning effectiveness and translating insights into action
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
• Experience working in global, multicultural, and matrix organizations
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into practical development solutions
• Interest in AI, digital learning technologies, and innovative approaches to capability building
• Passion for creating engaging learning experiences that deliver measurable business impact
• Fluent English, written and spoken
