Your 'day to day'

• Develop and deploy fulfilment strategies to optimize transportation costs, warehouse utilization, and postponement hub costs while maintaining optimal inventory replenishment to meet customer demand and service level expectations.
• Build and expand trusting relationships with key partners, understanding their needs and continuously proposing solutions to meet their business objectives.
• Lead and manage the performance of external relationships with vendors, suppliers, 3PLs, 4PLs, customs brokers, and other collaborators, monitoring capabilities and performance, and contributing to continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
• Drive fulfilment process excellence, digitalization, automation, and scalability, implementing quality control measures and continuously improving fulfilment processes and tools.
• Own the budget for Cost to Serve for the respective region, driving optimization across all categories and channels, and seeking opportunities to optimize costs while maintaining service levels.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, setting clear objectives, providing development opportunities, and ensuring capability building activities are delivered timly

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Trade or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience in various areas of Supply Chain (e.g., Logistics, or Procurement).
• Previous experience as a people manager, recognized capability to drive performance of an organization, coach, develop and mentor teams and individuals.
• Previous experience of leading a 3rd party service provider.
• Evidence of managing the entire import/export process, including customs handling, documentation, and transportation flows, to ensure smooth and accurate operations.
• Proficiency in transportation & logistics, governance of logistics service providers, and understanding of B2C and B2B fulfilment processes.
• Advanced experience managing projects and driving continuous cost effectiveness and process efficiency.
• Ability to think and act consumer and company-centrically, understanding impacts on company metrics.
• Ability to influence up and down the organization to inspire changes.
• Ability to comprehend system landscape, data flow and system functionalities to drive system usage and automation (e.g., SAP, SAP APO, E2E Supply Chain solutions).
