WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Oversee end-to-end delivery and lifecycle of D&A products and services, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards
• Partner closely with Delivery Heads and Product Owners to deliver agreed outcomes and manage dependencies
• Ensure compliance with financial, procurement, IT, data governance, and Agile standards
• Manage resources, vendors, costs, SLAs/OLAs, and delivery risks; proactively identify and drive service improvements
• Support budgeting, business cases, cost tracking, and vendor selection and contracts
• Act as primary point of contact for audits and delivery governance topics
• Engage and align stakeholders to ensure transparency, efficiency, and business value
• Oversee external Scrum Masters and promote adherence to Agile principles and organizational standards
SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
• University degree, ideally in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or project management
• Understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data visualization techniques
• Proven track record of successfully delivering data analytics projects
• Experience with Agile delivery and Product Based Organization
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization setup
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high empathy and situational awareness
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to motivate and energize teams, ensuring sustainable delivery
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
