The GBS framework also leverages best practices, top talent, and continuous improvement to drive innovation and growth.  At GBS, we work with our internal customers in the central functions, regions and markets, and design highly digitalized global process led solutions. The objective is to improve the experience of our internal customers through these solutions and enabling them to deliver their strategies for PMI – thereby accelerating the overall PMI transformation.

 

 

For our team based in Krakow (Poland) we are looking for a Manager CCS New Services Development.

 

Your ‘day to day’

 

Opportunity/ Demand management and implementation

  • Lead the execution of new opportunity design and implementation across a range of functions – from initial idea through to BAU/ maturity, focused on Region 3 (EU), Region 4(LATAM), and SFP &CC Categories
    • Partner with the Regional GBS teams and other cross-functional teams (from GBS, functions and markets) to ensure the Service Catalogue opportunities identification, definition, sizing, and approval via business cases. 
    • Drive initiatives and facilitate workshops (F2F or remotely, using virtual tools) with functional, GBS & all required stakeholders to identify, assess and prioritize opportunity areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Consolidate the GBS Service Catalogue opportunities pipeline for Regions 3 (EU), Region 4(LATAM), and SFP &CC Categories. Consolidate the project plans, key milestones and outcomes relating to each stage of the opportunity lifecycle

 

 

GBS Service and Capabilities Catalog Expansion

  • Relentlessly drive CCS service catalogue expansion, build CCS capabilities catalogue, ensure training and development opportunities development alignment with CCS priorities & goals

 

Communication and Stakeholders Management

  • Drive internal CCS communications calls, webcasts, Newsletters,and alignment, Community Calls & other internal CCS/ GBS meetings
  • Partner with senior stakeholders from SFP/ CC Categories, Product owners (Digital, Indirect Retail, etc) and Regions 3 & 4,  and their teams to:
    • Continuous engagement throughout the lifecycle, ensuring timely and appropriate communications and interventions.
    • Gather all ‘as is’ information and design the ‘to be’ opportunity and way of working;
          • Develop business cases including as is cost, future cost, sizing, investments and ROI;
          • Implement any agreed changes to processes;
  • Facilitate thought leadership around GBS opportunities on experience, best practice and external industry reference points;
  • Work with process design managers and the Regional GBS teams to drive projects and initiatives, and ensure successful stakeholders management.

 

 

Who we’re looking for:

  • Solid PMI Commercial understanding, ideally in a multi-category environment 
  • Proven and practical experience in setting up and implementation of the various business services models, derived from the projects you managed either in the GBS, shared services or outsourcing environment;
  • Leadership skills, flexibility and capability to initiate and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders on different seniority levels. Including the ability to engage, listen, coach, challenge and influence across all levels of PMI;
  • Proven track record utilizing leading practices, tools and methods to manage projects, including Agile ways of working;
  • Strong project and change management skills and demonstrated analytical, process-oriented and a good eye for detail. A strong communicator with good presentation skills;
  • Understanding of how large, multinational companies work. Ideally in the consumer products industry;
  • A self-starter who is comfortable with fast past-paced, high-intensity environment where multiple projects are balanced and work needs to be prioritized;
  • Knowledge and understanding of current trends impacting GBS organization (e.g. digitization, enterprise wide transformation) who will constantly look for trends and insights to identify future global opportunities and provide direction into the overall incubation roadmap (nice to have);
  • Experience in, or an understanding of customer journey mapping and how to design a process to meet the customers’ needs and desired outcomes (nice to have).
  • Fluent English language (including business English)
