WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

a person with: 

  • University degree in Engineering, Management or similar
  • Proven experience in manufacturing company with at least 3-4 years of experience in managing production team
  • Excellent knowledge of manufacturing environment and its specifics
  • Experience in Integrated Work System (IWS)
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to build autonomous team as well as motivate and develop people
  • Ability to effectively reach goals in complex, matrix, multinational working environment
  • Strategic thinking, problem solving and can-do attitude

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US:  

 

  • Manage, plan, lead activities of the assigned business unit in compliance to Sustainability, Quality and Legal requirements
  • Ensure full focus on achieving all assigned KPIs linked to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Morale
  • Collaborate with Production Manager on the strategy development and deployment (linked to IWS) for business unit 
  • Ensure focus on delivering productivity targets by eliminating losses in processes related to uptime, DIM Waste, Yield, Overtime, R&M (repair and maintenance), utilities and environment
  • Perform regular coaching to develop capabilities of the team on the daily management systems
  • Lead the development of the autonomous/self-sufficient team, focusing on ownership, capabilities, and leadership growth.
  • Implement Standard Work Process defined in IWS Pillars
