We are now recruiting for a new MRP Strategic Planning Lead with a focus on strategic projects, New Product Introduction (NPI), and continuous improvement to join our EU Materials Requirement Planning team! 

 

Your ‘day to day’ – 

 

Projects - 

  • Lead strategic projects targeted at EU MRP scope extension, standardization and improvement of existing processes. Identify and propose solutions areas for improvements wherever possible. 

  • Build and improve communications with internal collaborators on NPI to secure originally planned project dates while minimizing Loss of Goods Destroyed and Loss of Materials Destroyed (LOGD & LOMD). 

  • Oversee the monthly Material Requirements Forecast process, ensuring alignment with ongoing improvement and redesign initiatives. Develop and implement inventory strategies as well as accurate inventory projections. 

 

Risk Management – 

  • Proactively lead DIMs (Direct Materials) & SEMIs (Semi-Finished Goods) risk management while adhering to and continuously enhancing LOGD process. 

  • Own the accuracy of risk reporting required for LOGD lifecycle while ensuring transparency. 

 

Relationship Management - 

  • Lead communication and engagement with all partners across teams and locations. 

  • Supervise and control stakeholder team performance related to timelines and adherence, while driving improvements across systems and processes. 

 

Business Service Provider (BSP) Performance Management - 

  • Handle performance of BSPs by checking outputs and KPIs, while providing feedback on improvement opportunities. Maintain regular performance reviews and open dialogue. 

  • Own escalation to Governance team and lead on balanced solution creation and implementation. 

  • Actively participate in weekly, monthly and annual governance and direction setting calls 

 

Governance & EHS - 

  • Ensure all accountabilities & activities are carried out in full compliance with related PMI Principles & Practices, local laws & regulations and Environmental, Health & Safety norms to maintain sustainable legal compliance in all these areas, eliminating potential accidents and losses. 

  • Monitor the adherence to Tolling compliance principles by ensuring that all relevant information & documentation are filed accurately. 

 

Who we’re looking for -

  • A University degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. 

  • Validated experience and competence in Supply Chain Planning field (MRP, Capacity, Production, Site Integrated Planning) 

  • Evidence of Project Management capability and leading diverse projects teams through NPI and change management. 

  • Proven knowledge of complete end-to-end supply chain processes. 

  • Solid understanding and capabilities with SAP, with an emphasis on master data, complemented by proficiency in PowerBI and advanced expertise in Excel, including the use of macros and related tools. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
