WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • An agile person who learns quickly and adapts easily to a changing environment and a growing department.
  • An action‑oriented, fast‑learning problem solver with a university degree in Logistics or a related field.
  • Someone with relevant business experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or IT.
  • A candidate with fluent English, strong attention to detail, and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel (familiarity with AI tools and SAP would be a strong asset).
  • A detail‑oriented and analytical individual who will support the execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of logistics and fulfillment processes within Global Logistics.
  • Someone who enjoys working with data and follows structured procedures.
  • A person eager to learn and grow in a dynamic operational environment.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

Process Execution & Support

  • Perform daily operational monitoring of process performance (e.g., shipment registration checks, data completeness validation, system-to-system integration monitoring).
  • Conduct first-level root-cause analysis on deviations in E2SC, SAP, Blue Yonder, or other relevant systems.
  • Execute defined corrective actions following established SOPs.

 

Continuous Improvement Support

  • Drive small-scale improvement initiatives.
  • Support rollout of process changes designed by Grade 10+ engineers.

 

Stakeholder Interaction

  • Collaborate with logistics teams, IT, suppliers, and fulfillment  to resolve day‑to‑day issues.
  • Communicate operational findings clearly and promptly.

 

 Decision-Making Authority

  • Makes decisions within defined process boundaries and SOPs.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical mindset; accuracy & attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of logistics, fulfillment, or manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to work with operational data (Excel/Power BI basics).
  • Ability to follow structured procedures and operate under guidance.
  • Basic VBA/Macro/AI knowledge

 

Expected Output Examples

  • Daily monitoring reports (e.g., shipment validation, integration error logs).
  • Updated SOPs or process flow diagrams.
  • Data checks and reports supporting decision making.
