WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • A candidate with College/University Degree in Logistics, Commerce, IT or Engineering
  • A candidate with min 5 years’ experience in Operations including people management.
  • English – fluent,  Polish language – fluent
  • An individual with functional skills like Data driven Stock Management (stock movements control), Data Driven Warehouse Design, Logistics Service Management
  • MS Office, SAP, LES/MES, IMEL, OPEN + (TPM/LEAN) methodology, RTT Warehousing&Logistics RTT for WH
  • Manufacturing process knowledge

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

  • Supervise, plan, and coordinate the team of LSP Executives.
  • Ensure physical movements, informational and documentation flows for all materials, spare parts, finished goods' warehousing, and waste disposal (excluding internal logistics to manufacturing area) are controlled and cost-efficient.
  • Promote a transparent safety culture in LSP and PMI Factory logistics team, utilizing a preventive/predictive approach in line with Warehousing & Logistics RTT/Open+/IOS.
  • Organize business processes in compliance with Sustainability & Safety rules, policies, and procedures. Evaluate and mitigate risks at workplaces.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and PMI policies for materials and finished goods' movements, safe storage, inventories, and destructions.
  • Guarantee uninterrupted delivery support of materials to the manufacturing zone and optimal WH facilities usage and development.
  • Manage third-party logistics service providers (LSP) to secure world-class customer service via OTIF order fulfillment.
  • Identify productivity improvement opportunities, set improvement targets, and ensure implementation.
  • Participate in new business developments to evaluate impacts on logistics infrastructure.
  • Drive Loss Analysis for Internal Logistics and Warehousing, aiming to eliminate process losses.
  • Prepare Factory Logistics budget, monitor financial and KPI performance, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Supervise, coach, develop, and motivate staff to maximize performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Support Manager Factory Logistics in implementing warehousing strategy, with a focus on LSP management.
