WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Master’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering (APICS certification is a plus).
• Fluent English with professional experience in an international environment (additional languages are a plus).
• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain within a global / multinational FMCG environment, covering business planning, logistics, production planning, and MRP.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong end‑to‑end supply chain planning expertise, including cadence‑driven planning (“drumbeat”), global MRP, and network capacity planning.
• Experience in footprint and capacity strategy development, supporting long‑term operational and sourcing decisions.
• Very good product knowledge, enabling effective planning, sourcing, and capacity decisions.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate planning outcomes into clear business insights, priorities, and opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage across functions and seniority levels.
• Demonstrated lateral leadership and project coordination skills in cross‑functional business initiatives.

• In this position you will earn no less than 17 600 PLN gross monthly 

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Lead regional Digiprint capacity planning and provide a mid‑term (MTP) capacity and utilization overview.
• Optimize volume loading and capacity allocation across an 18‑month planning horizon to ensure supply continuity and cost efficiency.
• Drive regional sourcing strategy and coordinate capacity, resourcing, and budget flows between internal production and external vendors.
• Contribute to long‑term capacity and sourcing strategy through feasibility analyses and cross‑functional projects.
• Improve productivity by optimizing sourcing complexity, equipment utilization, and Make‑or‑Buy decisions.
• Support business plans, NPIs, and strategic initiatives through scenario analysis and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with global sourcing standards and lead cross‑functional optimization and footprint projects as a Supply Chain expert.
