For our team in Krakow (Poland) we are therefore looking for a Lead B2B CRM Solutions.

 

The overall purpose of this position will be:

Support the Head of Remote Engagement and CRM Solutions Product Group Manager with the definition & design of the PMI B2B(2C) global digital CRM Solutions in addition to new PICOS (Picture of Success) capabilities, in close collaboration with IT and the Deployment team. Accordingly lead projects or sub-projects and deliver digital solutions at global scale aimed at capturing:

  • Growth opportunities through increased speed to market at indirect retail and enhanced CRM capabilities both on functional and emotional side to achieve targets on both RRP and conventional business.
  • Efficiency gains by effectively automatizing processes across our three primary channels: Digital, Remote and Face-to-Face.
  • Sustainable competitive advantage to build valuable, efficient and long-lasting relationships with our current and future business partners. Ensure market requirements via governance requests.

 

You will:  

  • Lead or participate in the scope definition and design of new digital capabilities or sub-capabilities, in line with the Indirect Retail Digital vision & strategy, by liaising with the various stakeholders (Markets, Regions, Deployment team, IT & other PMI functions). For major initiatives, this includes the preparation of business cases supported by return on investment (ROI) models. Ensure market requirements via governance requests.
  • Manage & track the progress of new features adoption within all markets. Organize follow-up calls with markets (need based), periodic calls with enablement & capability teams to ensure a rapid adoption of features.
  • Clarify market queries (knowledge gaps), monitor support ticket status and work closely with enablement team for market capability development.
  • Supervise the piloting of new digital solutions to address customer pain points and to create value by capturing their business opportunities. Support the deployment team and the regional commercial teams to enable excellent global deployment.
  • Participate in the design of the business and technical KPIs related to new capabilities and ensure that these are developed and embedded into the analytical environment, in collaboration with the Insights & Analytics team.
  • In line with the "Agile Methodology", closely and effectively participate in the management of the backlog (prioritization, sprint planning, release review & other ceremonies, documentation, etc.).

  

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in engineering, computer science, business administration or a related field. Technical certifications and trainings are an asset.
  • 3-6 years' experience in Product Management, Sales, Senior Manager Commercial in FMGC with a good data & commercial performance acumen, familiar with data analytics and techniques to enable deep analysis and fast decision making.
  • Good breath of commercial and omnichannel understanding.
  • Sound market experience in business and consumer understanding, track record in developing product and commercialization strategies and roadmaps/ innovation pipeline.
  • Demonstrable and successful experience in defining, delivering, and driving Innovation and Product Owner Management.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to articulate a crisp and inspirational plan for the Product, as well as to create a compelling vision and strategy narrative and communicate it effectively to other partners.
  • Experience in defining requirements, managing complex cross-functional programs & agile teams with strong commercial competence and understanding, analytical capabilities, planning & prioritizing.
