WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- A university graduate up to 12 months after graduation or a student of a 3rd, 4th or 5th year (preferably available for 30-40 hours per week)
- Proficient Polish and English speaker
- Candidate with experience in using Microsoft Office tools and with strong analytical and communication skills
- Previous experience in a multinational environment would be an advantage

- In this position, you will earn no less than PLN 34 gross per hour

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Support Philip Morris International employees with HR related queries
- Actively follow up on each employee request from start to finish to make sure it is fully resolved
- Keep employee data up to date in SuccessFactors system and handle requests in a ticketing system
- Coordinate resolution of requests with various HR stakeholders
- Prepare and translate HR related documentation and organizational announcements
- Perform daily audits of data inputs
A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship. The company reserves the right to verify these documents before signing the contract.
