WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Students of preferably the last years of studies or up to 6 months after graduation with a Business Administration, Economics, or Data Analytics 

• Preferably, candidates available for a minimum of 30 hours a week 

• Candidates with a proficient level of both written and spoken English  

• Computer users who are comfortable using MS Office, strong MS Excel, is a must 

• With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a quick learner with good interpersonal and communication skills 

• Organized individuals can prioritize responsibilities and be attentive to details 

• Having previous internship experience is an asset

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US:

You will join our P&C Digitalization project team, where you will support transforming the People & Culture technology and process experience at PMI. Through engaging our various stakeholders and deploying the technology, together we will build a future-proof P&C infrastructure that will support PMI’s growing businesses. 

The P&C Digitalization Process team is a very diverse and multinational team consisting of experienced individuals working in various countries across the globe. We look forward to bringing our new intern on board and sharing our knowledge further! Your tasks will be, for example:

• Project Planning and Execution 
• System Implementation Participation 
• Process Improvement Execution 
• Process Documentation Coordination 
• Progress Tracking 
• Project Data Analysis 
• Migrations of Data 
• Stakeholder Engagement
