WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Students in their 4th or 5th year, or recent graduates (up to 1 year after graduation), preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week (between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM)
• Strong command of English (written and spoken)
• Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and curiosity to learn
• Ability to collaborate in a multicultural, cross-functional environment
Nice to have:
• Basic understanding of finance concepts (CAPEX/OPEX, investments, financial analysis)

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
• Learn about the scope and responsibilities of the Operations Finance CAPEX function
• Gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, including capital investments, policies, and governance
• Collaborate with project managers, business partners, project controllers, and finance teams globally
• Support the preparation and review of capital and lease appropriation requests
• Support the preparation and review property disposal requests
• Contribute to financial analysis & reporting
• Participate in improving processes and exploring digital/automation solutions in CAPEX
A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship.
