Position Title:  Intern in IT Delivery Management

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

• Students in their final years of study or recent graduates (up to 6 months post-graduation), preferably in IT or Management 

• Candidates available for at least 20 hours per week  

• Familiarity with MS Office tools 

• Basic understanding of project management and Scrum methodology is a strong advantage 

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) 

• Quick learners with strong communication and collaboration skills 

• Organized individuals who can work independently

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

As an intern in our Intelligent Automation team, you will: 

• Collaborate with delivery managers and technical teams to support smooth project execution 

• Monitor IT change management processes and assist with IT budget planning 

• Support development teams in communication with business users 

• Participate in planning sessions and statutory meetings 

• Learn how automation and AI are applied to optimize business processes 

• Follow a personalized internship plan designed to build on your strengths and support your professional growth 

A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship. The company reserves the right to verify these documents before signing the contract.
