WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?  

   

  • Students of 4th and 5th year or University graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master's degree up to 1 year after graduation 

  • Preferably candidates available for a minimum of 35+ hours per week - available to work from the office (Monday-Friday) 

  • Candidate with experience in using Microsoft Office tools and with strong communication skills  

  • Problem solver, resourceful, who learns on the fly 

  • Fluent English speaker 

  • Previous experience in a multinational environment would be an advantage  

 

   

WHAT WE OFFER YOU?   

    

  • In this position, you will earn no less than PLN 34 gross per hour 

  • Paid internship for a duration of up to 12 months

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? 

 

  • Participation in processes and documentation flows related to all the employee lifecycle events 

  • Learning of Labor Law and PMI procedures and collaborating with Employee Lifecycle experience team (ELE) helping correct and timely data processing 

  • Participation in Local and global initiatives/projects 

  • Support of New Hires Administration for PL entities, participation in onboarding of new hires, ensuring completeness of hiring-related documents and creating employees’ files 

  • Support in maintaining all employee personal & employment life cycle documents in personal files to the highest level of accuracy, confidentiality and consistency, in line with local legislation 

  • Supporting the process of checking the validity of employee periodic examinations 

  • Daily work with other administrative tasks  

 

A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship. The company reserves the right to verify these documents before signing the contract.
