WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
• A candidate available to work from the office five days a week (Monday-Friday)
• Students of the last years of studies or up to 12 months after graduation with a Logistics/Supply Chain/Administration background – not strictly required
• Candidates available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
• Candidates with a proficient level of both written and spoken English
• Candidates with experience in using Microsoft Office tools and with Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) are an asset
• Daily use of AI tools is welcomed or any experience in introducing AI to daily work
• strong analytical skills – comparing data and identifying discrepancies, comfortable working with numbers, data analysis, and strong attention to detail
• SAP knowledge is an asset but is not required
• Quick learners with good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
• Individuals who can prioritize responsibilities and pay attention to details.

• In this position, you will earn no less than PLN 34 gross per hour

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US
• Being a part of the Global Logistics community (Fulfilment & Warehousing & Trade Documentation)
• Preparation and verification of the accuracy of shipping documents
• Creation and validation SOP for Trade Documentation
• Extracts relevant information and performs data validation
• Reconcile daily and monthly reports
• Performing invoicing activities in SAP and all related processes to ensure timely invoice issuance
• Acquiring knowledge of SAP transactions
• Collaborate within department helping with other documentation/logistic tasks and external stakeholders
• Managing office supplies and handling mail for the Trade Documentation / Fulfilment department
• Printing, signing, stamping, scanning, and archiving shipping documentation
A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship. The company reserves the right to verify these documents before signing the contract.
