WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

   

  • A university graduate up to 12 months after graduation or a student of a 3rd, 4th or 5th year (preferably available for 25-30 hours per week)   

  • Proficient English speaker(French skills would be a plus, but not required) 

  • Candidate with experience in using Microsoft Office tools and with strong communication skills 

  • Very good communication skills, team player 

  • Customer-oriented person with attention to details 

  • Previous experience in a multinational environment would be an advantage

  • In this position you will earn no less than PLN 34 gross per hour

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? 

   

  • Support Philip Morris International employees with HR related queries   

  • Actively follow-up on end-to-end resolution of employee cases   

  • Maintain requests and employees’ personal data in SuccessFactors system   

  • Generate standard and complex reports   

   

A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship. The company reserves the right to verify these documents before signing the contract.
