What You’ll Do

  • Process and validate intern’s invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and publish organizational announcements and employee communications.
  • Support employees by responding to HR-related inquiries and processing HR transactions in relevant systems.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and line managers, providing guidance on HR processes and policies.
  • Create, maintain, and archive employee lifecycle documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with various HR teams and stakeholders to support employee lifecycle activities and deliver excellent employee experience.

 

Skills & Capabilities

  • Students in their 4th or 5th year of studies, or recent graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree (up to one year after graduation), available to work at least 35 hours per week,
  • Proficient speaker of Polish and English
  • A great communicator, able to connect and engage with people of various cultures.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes efficiently  
  • Candidate with experience in using Microsoft Office tools and with basic skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) 
  • Previous experience in a multinational environment would be an advantage

A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship. The company reserves the right to verify these documents before signing the contract.
