WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing and continuous improvement of our QA processes. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues, suggest improvements, and ensure a seamless user experience.

• 4th-5th year students or fresh University graduates up to 6 months after graduation with an educational background in Economics, Finance, or more technical fields such as STEM or Econometrics, available for a minimum of 30 hours per week 

• proficient English speaker (B2 or higher) 

• An analytical problem-solver, brave to challenge the ‘status quo’, able to read data quickly and draw out-of-the-box conclusions from them in an unbiased way 

• big plus for any basic knowledge of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and/or programming languages (PowerBi/VBA/SQL/R/Python) with a strong willingness to learn 

• Self-motivated team player 

• Basic understanding/knowledge of modern analytical methods and machine learning, or agile project management methodologies, would be considered an asset 
  a creative person hungry for development

• Internship for a duration of 3 months that can be extended up to 12 months

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases (manual and automated) 

• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through resolution 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure test coverage 

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of QA documentation and best practices 

• Continuously improve testing processes and tools 

• Bring in your academic knowledge and transform it into real products, solving business problems 

• Go through the data analyst development path: from reading & understanding data through co-developing solutions, ending up leading own initiatives and projects

A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship.
