WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 4th-5th year students or fresh University graduate up to 12 months after graduation preferably with an educational background in STEM/Data Science/Computer Science/Statistics/Econometrics
• Candidates available for 32+ hours per week
• Fluent English speaker
• An analytical problem-solver with strong critical thinking and data-driven decision-making mindset, brave to challenge the 'status quo', able to read data quickly and draw out-of-box conclusions from them in an unbiased way
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python/R/SQL), Machine Learning & AI frameworks, GenAI/LLM concepts (prompt engineering, RAG), BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and/or Cloud & Big Data platforms with a strong willingness to learn
• Self-motivated team player – Data Science and AI require cross-functional collaboration to move from concept to real data-driven products
• basic understanding/knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, predictive analytics or agile project management methodologies would be considered as an asset
• a creative person hungry for development

WHAT WE OFFER YOU?

• In this position you will earn no less than 34 PLN gross per hour
• Paid internship for a duration of up to 12 months

A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship.
