Position Title:  Intern in Data, Insights & Analytics with Qualtrics

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our team in creating, configuring, and deploying Qualtrics surveys, as well as working with data used in Consumer Research projects.

• 4th–5th year student or recent graduate (up to 6 months), preferably in analytics, business, IT, or related fields.
• Willingness to learn Qualtrics, with basic knowledge of online survey tools (Qualtrics or Medallia is a plus)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/Java Script is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Interest in Consumer Research, Customer Experience, digital tools, and process automation.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and proactive attitude.
• Accuracy, independence, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Initial experience with data, dashboards, or survey creation is a plus.

• In this position, you will earn no less than PLN 34 gross per hour   

• Internship for a duration of 6 months that can be extended up to 12 months

Key Responsibilities

Survey Development & Quality Checks

• Create and configure surveys (questions, logic, distribution).
• Perform quality checks (logic, display, data validation).
• Support issue investigation and troubleshooting.

Data & Documentation Support

• Prepare data exports and conduct initial analyses.
• Document bugs, requests, and suggested improvements.
• Update operational documents (SOPs, checklists, deployment plans).

Operational & Project Support

• Support deployment planning and preparation of project materials.
• Collaborate with markets and stakeholders on simple operational tasks regarding the surveys.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

• Read and interpret survey data.
• Contribute to insights‑to‑action initiatives.
• Suggest and support improvements to survey and operational processes.
• Help develop best practices for working with Qualtrics.
