We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Controlling Intern to join our team in Krakow. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in finance and controlling to gain hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis while working in a dynamic, international environment. You will collaborate with experienced professionals, develop practical finance skills, and contribute to meaningful business processes that support decision-making across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

-Support the preparation of the budget and forecast for different types of costs using PMI budgeting tools and reporting solutions
-Learn the financial processes involved in Balance Sheets, Income statements and cashflows (and month-end activities)
-Revision of internal documents 
-Extract relevant information and perform data validation 
-Reconcile monthly and quarterly reports 
-Support senior staff with daily and ad hoc tasks by using various finance tools 
-Acquire knowledge of accounting transactions 
-Collaborate within the department, helping with other financial tasks

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

-Students of the last years of studies or up 1 year after graduation with a Finance/Accounting background 
-Preferably candidates available for 30h+ per week 
-Candidates with a proficient level of both written and spoken English and Polish
-Computer users, comfortable with using MS Office (especially MS Excel would be a strong asset)
-Good knowledge of MS Excel/SAP is a plus point 
-Quick learners with good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills 
-Individuals be able to prioritize responsibilities and presenting attention to details 

 
 WHAT WE OFFER YOU? 

-In this position, you will earn no less than PLN 34 gross per hour  

-Paid internship for a duration of up to 12 months 

-Hybrid working arrangement (40% of working time from the office and 60% of working time from home / month) 

-Deep dive in the finance controlling activities, such as controlling of month-end closing, budgeting and forecasting using the global tool, reconciliations, and finance master data maintenance 

-Participation in standardization projects and implementation of the best approaches,

A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship.
