WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 4th-5th year students or fresh University graduates up to 6 months after graduation with an educational background in STEM/Finance/Economics/Econometrics, available for a minimum of 30 hours per week
  proficient English speaker (B2 or higher)
• An analytical problem-solver, brave to challenge the ‘status quo’, able to read data quickly and draw out-of-the-box conclusions from them in an unbiased way
• big plus for any basic knowledge of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and/or programming languages (VBA/SQL/R/Python) with a strong willingness to learn
• Self-motivated team player – data analytics requires cross-functional collaboration to move from concept to real, data-driven products
• Basic understanding/knowledge of modern analytical methods and machine learning, or agile project management methodologies, would be considered an asset
  a creative person hungry for development
