WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in IT-related studies
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• 5+ years of SAP SD implementation experience
• Experience Agile solution development process (including hands-on experience)
• Deep knowledge of SAP Retal SD and ECC SD core processes
• Experience with on-premise and cloud/SaaS applications, in SAP / digital technology and in working in projects that are using Agile and DevOps best practices
• Be a self-starter and be able to drive end to end process and solution leadership
• Understanding of common industry frameworks like SCRUM, ITIL
• Proven track record in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments
• Strong skills in communication, writing, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Top-end strategic problem solving and strong analytic skills
• Ability to share sophisticated ideas in a simple way; and collaborator
• Passionate about continuously learning in a changing environment
• Consumer-centric approach and mindset
• A collaborative team player, comfortable in dealing with all types of external and internal stakeholders
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Creative thinking skills
• Experience and skillset in Project Management would be an asset

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Design and build in SAP Order to Cash (OTC) and SAP Retail (OTC) domains to achieve strategic business and technology objectives
• Gather requirement, lead business requirements discussions, perform and coordinate testing with various departments to implement best in class integrated solutions delivering value to the business
• Combine data and business process knowledge recommending appropriate solution design options indicating implications and outcomes of the proposed design
• Perform best in class development or configuration in SAP and SAP Retail
• Ensure solution alignment with Solution Design, Technology Roadmap, Reference Architecture, IT Guiding Principles, and PMI practices
• Contribute to resolution of project related issues by analyzing, identifying and proposing solutions. Assess and mitigate project risks
• Interact with mid to senior-level executives displaying knowledge, experience and leading practice advice to identify issues
• Coordinate initiatives towards solutions implementation
• Support of existing applications, organize trainings and manuals
