WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Strong SAP FICO knowledge, proven by SAP Certifications
- Strong understanding of financial processes and data structures
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and engage stakeholders
- Experience in data governance, master data management, and access control
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Solid understanding of CFIN, S/4HANA concepts and architecture is a plus
- Experience in SAP reporting technologies (Fiori, SAC, AFO) is a plus
HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
Strategy & Execution
- Standardize reporting frameworks and data models globally across Fiori (standard and custom), SAC, and Analysis for Office (AFO)
Reporting Development
- Deliver high-quality reports and dashboards tailored to business needs
- Manage the full lifecycle of report creation, from design and development to deployment, for both standard and custom reporting solutions (Fiori, SAC, AFO)
- Enhance data accuracy and consistency by integrating fragmented ECC-based reporting into a centralized, real-time analytics environment
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with business partners across various functions to align reporting solutions with operational needs
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams including Basis, Infrastructure, Business Analysts, and Developers
- Lead meetings with stakeholders and escalate issues as needed
Data Governance & Integration
- Validate data flow and integration across P1, MDG, SMDL, CFIN, and Tagetik to ensure consistency and completeness
- Facilitate master data harmonization for foundational structures such as Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers, and Profit Centers
User Enablement & Continuous Improvement
- Lead planning and execution, including stakeholder engagement, issue escalation, and cross-functional collaboration
- Drive adoption of self-service analytics by ensuring reports are intuitive, reliable, and tailored to business needs
- Continuously refine the reporting suite based on user feedback and evolving business and regulatory requirements
