Driving Excellence in IT Process

 

At PMI, we are redefining how services are delivered and integrated across the business.

As an IT Process Lead, you’ll be responsible in managing the execution and tactical oversight of moderately complex ITIL processes. Your role will ensure that these processes run smoothly, are continuously enhanced, and align with business requirements. You’ll be pivotal in reporting process performance, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with ITIL standards.

 

Your day-to-day:

 

  • Manage and ensure the smooth execution of moderately complex ITIL processes, such as Change or Configuration Management
  • Identify opportunities to optimize process workflows for improved efficiency
  • Performance Tracking & Escalations
  • Monitor process KPIs and SLAs, providing reports to management on process performance
  • Handle escalations related to process issues, collaborating with stakeholders for resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure processes meet the needs of the business
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders on issues related to process execution and adherence
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for assigned processes
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and internal IT policies, recommending improvements where needed
  • Assist in developing and delivering training sessions on process execution to various teams
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing insights from process monitoring

 

Who we’re looking for:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field. ITIL certification required
  • 5+ years of experience managing mid-level ITIL processes, with demonstrated experience in tactical execution and process optimization
  • Proven ability to manage escalations and collaborate with stakeholders for process performance improvements
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes with a focus on mid-level service management
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills for effective stakeholder management
