Position Title:  IT Engineer Backend

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Engineer to join our IoT Platform team. This role is critical to delivering the new initiatives, focusing on scalable backend services that support our connected devices and data-driven operations

Your Day to Day

• Work closely with architects to understand their needs and perform all development accordantly.
• Have a technical discussions within the team and be able to provide the team guidance and helps on troubleshooting
• Set up solid process and practices around code quality, conventions and standards
• Develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for the IoT platform.
• Implement scalable and secure solutions using AWS cloud services.
• Develop microservices and server-side logic using Python and Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend systems between different projects. 
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of backend components.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and agile development practices.
• Actively participate in PI sessions to ensure a thorough understanding of business requirements and maintain alignment throughout the project.
• Drive change management processes, including all development release, quality asurance, and product documentation.

Who We Are Looking For

• University degree or adequate equivalent work experience in B2C IT.
• Proven experience as a Engineer Backend.
• Strong understanding of SAFe, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Node.js, Python), and and development methodologies.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design.
• Expertise in all common AWS Cloud technologies, Knowledge of CI/CD tools and workflows.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).PMI Internal 
• Proven track record in building highly available and scalable distributed systems.
• A keen eye to quality with regards to following and establishing good coding practices, improving code coverage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships stakeholders.
• Good communication skills, should be able to articulate thoughts and ideas with architects and stakeholders audiences.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail

For Poland:  In this position you will earn no less that 21 800 PLN gross monthly
