The main goal of Head of Logistics Region 3 is to ensure that all DIM, Leaf, Finish Goods logistics flows (Transport and Warehouse) are executed with on time and at lowest cost, so that inventory, quality, and logistics KPIs are met. 

 

The Head of Logistics focus on optimizing cost, service and agility for all logistics flows that the region needs : DIM materials, Leaf, Finish goods. This regional role is accountable for all processes from the suppliers to the  production plants, from the production plants to the first arrival warehouses (FAW) in respective region (between supplier/EMS/PMI factory/TPM/market capturing all international movements of goods). 

 

This role will be responsible to manage the full Logistics budget/cost (Warehouse & Transport) of the region and will lead a team of Fulfilmnet Hub, operational orchestration, and transportion team.

 

In Additional, this role is required to influence significantly plant operations, regional MRP team, Regional Sync Hub , Regional Market Planners, Factory Logistics, Warehouse and transport partners, including LCT partner, to improve logistics cost/quality/agility through initiatives and KPIs and drive logistics excellence.

 

 

Your ‘day to day’ 

 

 
 

Develop & Execute Logistics Strategy

  • Design and implement regional logistics strategies covering transportation, warehousing, and fulfillment hubs
  • Optimize total logistics costs (transport, storage, and handling) while ensuring service level excellence
  • Maintain optimal inventory flow to meet customer demand across channels

 

Own End-to-End Logistics Costs & Budget

  • Own and manage Cost to Source and Cost to Serve across the region
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives across transport and warehouse operations
  • Build full cost visibility across the supply chain and ensure alignment with annual budgets (OB/RF)
  • Identify, validate, and implement efficiency initiatives to improve cost performance
 

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Ensure timely and accurate logistics processes (master data, documentation, import/export compliance)
  • Guarantee smooth execution of inbound, warehousing, and outbound flows up to first arrival warehouse
  • Monitor performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to supply continuity

 

Manage Logistics Network & Continuous Improvement

  • Implement network optimization initiatives and ensure their effective deployment
  • Continuously improve cost-to-service performance in collaboration with service providers
  • Drive automation and “no-touch/digital” logistics solutions

 

Lead Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with logistics service providers (LSPs), 4PLs, and vendors
  • Ensure delivery of agreed service levels and capabilities
  • Establish structured governance to monitor performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Procurement on vendor selection and performance management

 

Oversee Service Provider Performance

  • Ensure effective operation of Logistics Control Towers and warehouse providers
  • Adjust team size, capabilities, and resources in line with operational needs
  • Drive productivity and performance through structured governance and continuous improvement initiatives

 

Stakeholder Management & S&OP Alignment

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (Customer Service, Supply Chain, Planning, Operations leadership)
  • Understand business needs and propose solutions balancing service, cost, and cash
  • Support S&OP processes and cross-functional alignment

 

Build & Lead High-Performing Organization

  • Lead and develop a high-performing logistics organization
  • Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and drive capability building
  • Coach and develop team members to maximize individual and organizational effectiveness

 

Ensure Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements across all logistics activities

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply, Engineering

  • 15+ Years of experience in various areas of Supply Chain .

  • 5+ years of recognized leadership experience and 3+ years of 3rd party service provider management experience

  • Strong expertise in transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and S&OP processes

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain (B2B & B2C) from raw materials through to finished goods distribution

  • Demonstrated ability to drive cost optimization while maintaining high service levels and operational efficiency

  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into clear business decisions

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across a matrix organization

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to balance service, cost, and cash impacts

  • Proven capability to deliver results in fast-paced and complex environments

  • Leadership mindset with experience in coaching, developing, and building high-performing teams

  • Good understanding of systems, data flows, and automation opportunities within logistics and supply chain
