WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Information Technology or Supply Chain, Procurement or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience and proficiency in a multinational organization (FMCG or consulting)
- Previous experience in leading a team
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and make decisions with limited data
- Working experience with Power BI and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, stakeholder management
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong presentation skills as well as strong negotiation skills

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- The role involves developing and implementing governance frameworks to ensure compliance with PMI standards and regulations. The individual will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of governance policies and provide guidance to ensure adherence across the organization
- Deploy Procurement Operations Governance Model, including tools and methodologies to support Procurement Operations performance and drive roll-out of best practices within the teams
- Create and run Procurement Operations PDCA drumbeat to manage performance delivery including tracking KPIs, projects and action plans
- Lead a small team / competency unit of analyst - having accountability & responsibility of the quality and timeliness of the work assigned to your team members. You will also be expected to conduct onboarding, training, and coaching team members to help them develop
- Perform analysis-to-insight; Identify issues and use tools for effective and efficient analysis in a manner form with accurate conclusions and appropriate decisions for procurement strategy
