WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- A university graduate up to 12 months after graduation or a student of a 3rd, 4th or 5th year preferably with an academic background in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent fields of study
- Candidate available for at least 30 hours per week with a very good level of written and oral English (B2/C1)
- Very good communication skills, team player
- Analytical skills and willingness to learn financial systems and master data structure; curious and proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint required)
- Experience from academic projects, internships, or student organizations in finance or data environments is a plus
WHAT WE OFFER YOU?
- In this position you will earn no less than PLN 34 gross per hour

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Assist in documenting business requirements and maintaining project documentation (e.g., data definitions, mappings, test scripts) under guidance from the Analyst / Lead.
- Support preparation and execution of pre-UAT and UAT activities such as organizing test cases, gathering inputs, and updating logs.
- Perform simple data checks, data mapping support, and basic data loads following instructions and under close supervision of Analysts, Lead or the Manager S&PD Finance.
- Provide support during systems integration activities such as preparing materials, documenting outcomes, and coordinating small follow-up actions.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying documentation gaps or proposing simple enhancements based on observations and user feedback.
- Support internal communication activities (slides, summaries, status updates) for the Finance System Project Governance team.
A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship. The company reserves the right to verify these documents before signing the contract.
