HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

  • As a Business Unit Leader, you will have end‑to‑end responsibility for a manufacturing business unit of 100+ employees, in one of the most strategic sites for PMI operating across 7–9 technological advanced production lines in a multi‑shift environment. You will own performance across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Morale, with direct accountability for results
  • Success in this role means building autonomous, self‑sufficient teams with strong ownership, capability, and leadership depth. You will coach and develop your organization to move from reactive problem‑solving to structured, data‑driven performance management, delivering measurable improvements in productivity, uptime, waste, yield, and overall operational stability  
  • You will be accountable for Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Morale, owing the strategy for your business unit and translating it into execution through IWS standard work processes. Reporting to the Production Manager, you are a pivotal actor to strategy deployment and a role model for IWS leadership
  • Operating in a matrix, multinational environment, you will collaborate cross‑functionally and internationally, balancing short‑term performance with long‑term capability building. This is a leadership role for someone who wants to make a visible impact, grow people, and leave a lasting footprint on how manufacturing excellence is achieved

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • A candidate with University degree in Engineering, Management or similar
  • Proven experience in manufacturing company with at least 3-4 years of experience in managing production team
  • Excellent knowledge of manufacturing environment and its specifics
  • Experience in Integrated Work System (IWS)
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to build autonomous team as well as motivate and develop people
  • Ability to effectively reach goals in complex, matrix, multinational working environment
  • Strategic thinking, problem solving and can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in Polish and English
