The primary objective of this role is to configure, validate, and support Learning Management and Gamification activities in FIELO system to streamline and automate LMS capabilities for the markets. These include configuring use cases for the markets and programs such as IQOS Partner Staff Certification program and Open Academy programs. Both of the programs aim to build a global community of IQOS partners/ staff members and device sellers' staff, ensuring they deliver responsible, consistent, and seamless customer experiences.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Preferred previous experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems)
- Experience on Digital Trade Engagement platforms and / or Salesforce system would be a big plus
- Background in commercial, digital marketing, and capability building is advantageous
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects would be a plus
- Previous experience in FMCG company is preferred
- Digital-savvy candidate with JIRA + Confluence knowledge
- Project management skills is desirable
- SFDC Certification will be an advantage
- Proficient knowledge of English
- Very good communication skills

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Operational Tasks: Configuring use cases for the markets, such as courses, modules, quizzes, badges, leaderboards, challenges, notifications, and testing these configurations in QA and Production environments as per process guidelines. Correctly implementing and configuring the Consumers Journeys. Providing ongoing maintenance support for live markets such as additional configuration or reconfiguration (e.g., SCORM) and basic support for resolving configuration-related bugs.
- Project Deployment Support: Assist in pre-deployment by introducing templates, educational journey flows on Miro boards, and establishing workflows during the deployment phase. Coordinate deployment timelines with the market to ensure timely execution. Technically deploying the IQOS Partner Certification (IPC) and Open Academy programs.
- Collaboration and Expertise: Collaborates with market's and global teams representatives. Serve as a FIELO expert, sharing best practices on configuration and capabilities to enhance UX/UI for retailers. Acts as Retailer Education SME by continuously learning about new Fielo releases, and by guiding markets on their use case configuration request and maintenance related activities to maximize local impact.
- Administrative tasks: Update and create internal documentation, process flows, handbooks
