About the Program:

Our 24-month program strives to accelerate your career with varied experiences in just two years. Gain knowledge across functions, including strategy, from the very beginning. Through these rotations, you will develop a complete understanding of our business and prepare yourself for leadership roles.

We are looking for individuals who are innovative, curious, and skilled problem solvers with the following experience, abilities, and mindset:

• A minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Digital, Human Resources, Legal, Political Science, or equivalent qualifications.
• Maximum 3 years of work experience after university graduation.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Legal right to work in Europe (without sponsorship).
• Legal right to work in country of application.
• Willingness to relocate abroad.
• Fast learner and able to think out of the box
• Proactive and courageous in experimentation
• Agility and adaptability to dynamic market situations
• Ability to understand and apply commercial insights
• Exceptional teammate with strong collaboration skills
• Job grade is SG7
