Purpose of the job: 

As a Digital Specialist in Commercial Deployment Team, you will support the implementation of digital tools and reporting solutions across markets. You will act as a key liaison between market users, global teams, and technical support functions, ensuring smooth operations, accurate data reporting, and actionable insights to drive digital trade engagement (DTE), sales, and deployment of PMI products that will ultimately contribute to commercial effectiveness.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the REEV Analytics Team to help manage the Global B2B2C Dashboard which houses all data related to Indirect Retail channel and all the PMI platforms related to it. You’ll work with a variety of data sources—including Salesforce, REEV, eOrdering, sales data, GA4/Web to support the users with their reporting needs.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
 

• Experience in digital analytics, reporting, or commercial operations
• Proficiency in using PowerBI and Excel
• Familiarity with Salesforce and REEV ecosystem, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, eOrdering, Fielo, and other PMI digital platforms
• With working knowledge in ticketing tools (Workfront, Jira)
• Basic knowledge in SQL for data querying is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment

• English (business communication proficiency)

 HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Market & Process Support

• Provide first-level support to markets for demand process implementation and tool adoption
• Finalize authorizations in collaboration with the IR Enablement team
• Manage incident and change requests related to B2B2C Global Dashboard
• Onboard new markets to B2B2C Global Dashboard, including demo sessions and hyper care for the new markets
• Collect feedback from markets to improve the process and Dashboard

Ticket Management & Orchestration

• Oversee Workfront ticket submissions from market users, validating and categorizing requests
• Redirect tickets to appropriate teams and ensure timely updates and communication
• Coordinate bi-weekly prioritization meetings, prepare documentation and track change requests
• Create and manage Jira tickets for system issues or bugs and data quality issues reported via Workfront
• Support dashboard enhancement activities by gathering all requirements from the users such as the additional fields or charts that they want to see and be able to create mockups (if necessary)

Analytics & Reporting

• Support the setup and maintenance of dashboards using Excel and Power BI
• Consolidate reporting frameworks across markets to improve efficiency and insight generation
• Support data quality check investigations by performing data querying, Excel data manipulation, and analysis

KPI & Data Governance

• Collaborate with markets and global teams to define KPIs and ensure data accuracy
• Establish a standardized reporting framework scalable across markets and regions
• Prioritize dashboard enhancements and support continuous improvement efforts
