Position Title:  Digital Specialist (European markets)

This role will provide support to markets for different business activities for B2B commercial systems (OPEN, iSMS and REEV ecosystem), including data user management, territory management, contract management, and reporting and maintenance of campaign and rewarding activities. This person is expected to provide guidance to markets on these services and implement in the system based on market inputs, while checking if all information adheres to global standards. This role is critical in ensuring standardization and performance of above-mentioned capabilities.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Experience in data management, MS Excel proficiency
• Experience in working with business clients in an international environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to optimize processes
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities
• Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence
• English proficiency
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Excellent communication skills and consumer-oriented approach
