We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Senior Specialist to join our team for the DRIVE project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the generation of DRIVE back-end reporting using systems such as Salesforce, DTE/Reev, and PowerBI. This role involves consolidating data, extracting insights, and driving commercial performance improvements across 20 markets in the European Region.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO SUCCED IN THIS ROLE?

• Bachelor's / Masters degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Digital Specialist, preferably in a commercial or sales environment
• Experience in using Salesforce, DTE/Reev, and PowerBI for reporting and data analysis would be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
• Experience in data consolidation and management, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Attention to detail and precision in generating reports and insights
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a multinational company
• Knowledge of additional data analysis tools and software

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analyst / Senior Digital Specialist: Support the generation of DRIVE back-end reporting using systems such as Salesforce, DTE/Reev, and PowerBI (generation of Sales 2.0 reporting)
• Data Consolidation and Insight Generation: Consolidate data from various sources and extract insights that drive commercial performance improvements. The reports and insights generated will be utilized by individual markets and their respective management teams to make informed decisions, adjust their commercial operations operating model, and enhance overall commercial effectiveness
• Strong Analytical Skills: Analyze and interpret complex data to extract meaningful insights that drive sales performance improvements
• Experience with Reporting Systems: Proficiency in using systems such as Salesforce, DTE/Reev, and PowerBI is essential. Generate reports and dashboards using these tools
• Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data from various sources. Manage large datasets and maintain data integrity
• Insight Generation: Extract actionable insights from the data to support decision-making processes. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with various stakeholders, including individual markets and their respective management teams. Present findings clearly and concisely
• Attention to Detail: Ensure the accuracy of the reports and insights generated
