WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Technical knowledge on Qualtrics SaaS platform or similar platforms (dashboard development/ survey programming/ platform integration)
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity of Analytics concepts, tools and methods
- Experience with advanced Excel solutions
- Ability to draw insights from data and apply them to commercial strategy
- Expertise and business acumen in Commercial or digital from FMCG company will be a plus
- Project management skills is desirable
- Fluency in English

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Develop Dashboards: Create visual dashboards in Qualtricks and integrate results into customers’ systems
- Create Surveys: Design surveys on the Qualtrics SaaS platform
- Configure Solutions: Assist with survey programming, dashboard building, and platform integrations
- Assess Changes: Identify risks and develop strategies to best support markets strategy
- Build Relationships: Gain support for change initiatives from key stakeholders and communicate the benefit
- Deliver Training: Develop and provide training programs for new processes, systems, and tools
- Support Customers: Advise customers on implementing customer experience solutions
- Maintain Documentation: Develop and update deployment and maintenance-related documents like plans and procedures
