We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Senior Specialist (Digital Performance Lead) to join our Digital Strategy & Planning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our digital channels, developing and maintaining a digital performance tracking framework, conducting in-depth performance analyses, and handling ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from the team and stakeholders.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital performance management, digital analytics, or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
• Proficiency in digital analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) (as an asset)
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies (as an asset)

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Oversee and manage the performance of digital channels to ensure optimal results
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital performance tracking framework
• Conduct monthly and quarterly deep dives into digital performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
• Handle ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from the team and stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital performance strategies with overall business objectives
• Provide actionable recommendations based on performance data to enhance digital channel effectiveness
• Perform forecasting analysis based on historical data & yearly KPIs to project future traffic needs per Digital channel
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital performance management
