Purpose of the job: This role will provide support to markets for various business activities related to B2B commercial systems (DTE, ISMS, CEGID), including data & user management, territory management, and reporting and maintenance of campaigns and other activities. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that all information adheres to global standards and providing guidance to markets on these services. This role is critical in ensuring the standardization and performance of the mentioned capabilities.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) in Commercial
• Experience in data management
• Understanding/management of DTE, iSMS & CEGID
• Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence and data loader or Dell Boomi knowledge
• Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills
• Functional knowledge and understanding of business context
• Experience in working with business clients in an international environment (as an asset)

 HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Setting up orchestrated activity flows in systems, including:

• Ensuring data quality within PMI commercial systems by providing administration support and platform management. Deliver accurate and timely Masterdata
• Providing guidance to markets on optimizing the flows to achieve the best results

Data administration, including (but not limited to):

• Territory management setup
• Account and POS management
• Creation and update of products & price lists in the system
• Call Card creation in iSMS
• Campaign & Promotion creation, analytics, and tracking
• Any other business requests from DTE OPEN, iSMS & CEGID enabled markets

• Ensuring high customer focus and proactive communication with markets while supervising and aligning their needs and inputs with global Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and direction. Always maintaining attention to detail and double-checking configurations prior to execution

YAP Process Responsibilities:

• Coordinating YAP Lead activities, including defining market KPIs, preparing and validating the Managing Director's letter, and ensuring compliance with market regulations
• Sharing OC Toolbox with the DTE Team and communicating tasks to stakeholders to ensure market compliance
• Monitoring interventions through a cockpit dashboard in Power BI
  
   

Talking Points Governance Responsibilities:

• Ensuring communication to consumers is accurate and follows defined Talking Point.
• Conducting annual reviews of all active Talking Points for accuracy and consistenc.
• Overseeing the review and authorization process for Talking Points, ensuring formal evidence of Legal/EA review and approval
