For our Team in Krakow, we are looking for Digital Product Owners – different domains/products (Care, Retail, Commerce, CIAM, CRM, and Loyalty)
In this role, you will act as product owner for one or more products or services, be the go-to person within the product team, use high-level perspective and customer insight to define goals and create a vision and roadmap for product team.
Support the Product Manager for communicating with partners across the board, including customers, business managers, delivery teams and external partners to make sure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with the Product Group Vision/Strategy/Roadmap.
Own the entire lifecycle of the product, define and measure its business objectives, manage its development, release and support.
Prioritises product backlog items, develops product roadmaps and owns the product backlog. Manages elements of the product life cycle to meet customer/user needs and achieve financial or other targets.
Collaborate with Product Owners from other Products within the Portfolio to deliver cross-product Initiatives
Analyses market and/or user research, feedback, expert opinion and usage data to understand needs and opportunities.
Coordinates customer testing and product launches and supports communications and training.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Product Management:
Proactively engaging with Region SPOCs to ensure product capabilities meet customer needs across platforms, and aligning the product roadmap with the product group strategy and quarterly planning commitments.
Develops 'branding' of the product. Drive the product adoption.
- Backlog Management:
Owns and prioritises Product Team backlog and sets the sprint goal. Defines the specific of User Stories in collaboration with the product team.
Translate product strategy into epics, and user stories for the engineering team(s).
- Performance Management:
Define the value KPIs and assess the business impact of the product team.
Monitoring service performance and availability, product availability, security, and reliability.
- Delivery Management:
Risk & Dependency Management - Adjust scope and resources as necessary
Planning & Execution - Finalise Releases' schedule and milestones. Measures Technical Debt. Approve digital product releases definition, development steps, move to production and assess digital product progress. Evaluate and approve eventual roadmap changes or capacity adjustments due to capacity constraints.
- Financial Management & Tracking
Monitors and maintains financial records to agreed requirements for compliance and audit. Assists with identifying and calculating process, service, product and component costs for financial planning and budgeting. Collates required financial data and reports for analysis and to facilitate decision-making
We’re looking for someone with:
- University degree or equivalent experience with certificates in Agile at Scale (SAFe), Agile
- Strong experience in a dynamic product management role, overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Ability to manage cross functional team in a complex matrix organization
- Knowledge of B2C and Omnichannel environment (O2C and commercial knowledge across channels and markets).
- Knowledge of release management, product management and governance.
Requirements per domain:
CARE/CUSTOMER SERVICE & SUPPORT: Knowledge of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABoK)- Knowledge of B2C and Omnichannel environment (Commercial knowledge across channels and markets). Familiarity with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) is highly desirable. Strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and practices
CIAM - Consumer Identity Access Management: Strong business modelling, process flow creation and business design experience. Experience designing or improving designs related to consumer identity/ consumer registration.
COMMERCE / RETAIL: Strong business modelling, process flow creation and business design experience. Knowledge of the following IT tools/ apps such as Salesforce, Adobe, SAP Hybris, SAP CAR, SAP Retail, Cegid.
CRM: Experience designing or improving designs related to consumer communications/consumer campaigns.
LOYALTY: Experience designing or improving designs related to consumer retention programs.
