Position Title:  Digital Analyst (European markets)

This role will provide support to markets for different business activities for B2B commercial systems (OPEN, iSMS and REEV ecosystem), including data user management, territory management, contract management, and reporting and maintenance of campaign and rewarding activities. This person is expected to provide guidance to markets on these services and implement in the system based on market inputs, while checking if all information adheres to global standard. This role is critical in ensuring standardization and performance of above-mentioned capabilities.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• At least 1 year of previous working experience with Salesforce (ideally utilizing Data Loader)
• Experience in data management
• Experience in working with business clients in international environment is a plus
• Data loader or Dll Boomi knowledge
• Understanding/management of basic SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
• Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence
• English proficiency
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Excellent communication skills and consumer-oriented approach
• SFDC Administrator Certification and SFDC Consumer Good Certification would be plus (but not required)
• Audience management knowledge (Treasure Data preferable) would be a plus

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Setting up orchestrated activity flows in Salesforce (SFDC)
• Ensuring data quality within PMI commercial systems by providing administration support and platform management
• Delivering accurate and timely Master data activities
• Providing guidance to markets how to optimize the flows to achieve best results
• Administrating SFDC which includes (but not limited to) territory management set up; account and contact management; creation of contract templates in system; rewarding inputs & reporting; creation of Salesforce map filters for Field Force; campaign Analytics and tracking
• Keeping high customer focus and pro-active communication with markets while supervising and aligning their needs and inputs with global Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and direction
