Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Lead to drive the deployment and operational success of our digital adoption initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience in project leadership who is ready to take ownership of cross‑functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and value delivery. While the primary focus is on project execution, the role also includes a limited product ownership component, particularly around demand intake and business alignment.

Your Key Responsibilities

 

Deployment & Project Leadership

  • Lead day‑to‑day deployment activities for digital tools (e.g., WalkMe, Synthesia)
  • Ensure timely delivery of prioritized use cases and features
  • Monitor, track, and report on progress, risks, blockers, and outcomes

 

Demand & Product Collaboration

  • Act as gatekeeper for all demands related to WalkMe and Synthesia
  • Contribute to roadmap discussions and business value mapping
  • Partner closely with the Product Manager to ensure strategic alignment

 

Stakeholder & Use Case Management

  • Own the intake process for new business requests
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and validate use cases
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements aligned with strategic objectives

 

Vendor & License Management

  • Support vendor interactions, procurement activities, and license renewals
  • Manage user onboarding, license distribution, and usage tracking

 

Value Tracking & Reporting

  • Quantify cost and time savings and support the creation of business cases
  • Consolidate reporting dashboards and governance inputs

 

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with content creators, business analysts, and IT teams
  • Facilitate onboarding, handovers, and internal communications
  • Represent the team in governance, change management, and stakeholder forums

 

 

Who We’re Looking For

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project or deployment leadership roles
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with digital adoption platforms or SaaS tools is a plus
  • Basic understanding of Agile frameworks or product ownership preferred

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams (IT, business, vendors)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on value realization and reporting
