Joining the Digital Products Portfolio The Digital Consumer Engagement Products portfolio plays a critical role in delivering PMI’s Smoke-Free Future. You will be primarily focusing on defining your Digital Product vision, regularly engaging with your customers to gather feedback and understand their needs in order to maximize value. You will be part of all stages of Digital Product incremental value delivery. As Delivery Manager of Web CMS Platform, you:

 

  • Manage Web and CMS experience while leading the Platform Team, which provides internal services to reduce the cognitive load on Product Teams
  • Supervise the delivery of initiatives pertaining to the Platform Team from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the product lifecycle
  • Monitor and govern the quality of development processes and practices, ensuring adherence to shared platform rules
  • Understand, implement, and measure key Business and Engineering metrics related to performance, quality, and availability, and collaborate regularly with the team to enhance these metrics periodically
  • Monitor service management metrics for the entire Web Product Group to ensure the Platform Team supports the Product Teams in delivery of resilient and high-performing applications
  • Establish a strong engineering culture within the Product Team, with focus on code quality, scalability, and maintainability

 

Your day-to-day

 

  •  Collaborating with Product Managers, Architects, Product Owners and Tech Leads in making the Digital Product vision – reality
  • Leading discussions within the Platform Team and be the “go-to” person for the team for guidance
  • In collaboration with Development Team, translating requirements into low-level technical designs
  • Actively contributing to the Refinement, Planning, Review and Retrospective ceremonies
  • Establishing a strong service management culture within the Product Group, with focus on service definition, SLAs, OLAs, Knowledge & Problem Management etc.

 

What is needed to succeed in this Role?

 

  • Vast experience in website development with comprehensive understanding of the surrounding ecosystem
  • Experience with CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager Cloud (AEM)
  • Strong proficiency in ITIL framework
  • Experience in leading a small team
  • Expertise in all common AWS Cloud technologies, Knowledge of CI/CD tools and workflows
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or other IT related field
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts and ideas to engineering and non-engineering audiences
  • A keen eye to quality with focus on web core vitals and security
  • Problem solver, motivated to confront challenges
  • Organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Good stakeholder management, ability to build meaningful networks with internal and external stakeholders.
