Delivery Lead Digital Workplace & Collaboration role is a part of the Digital Workplace & Collaboration (DW&C) organization within the IT Asset Management (ITAM) team. The purpose of the role is to ensure end-to-end service delivery and operational governance for Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) across their lifecycles, driving service excellence, data quality, compliance, and continuous improvement in alignment with business needs and agreed service targets. Build a mature IT Asset Management capability that establishes a single source of truth for assets, supports lifecycle management from planning to retirement, and strengthens cost/risk governance across hardware, software, and (where applicable) SaaS/cloud services.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or IT with 5–10 years of hands-on work experience
  • Strong, demonstrated experience in IT Asset Management across both Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM)
  • Professional certification (e.g., CHAMP, ITIL, CITAM) or ability to achieve within six (6) months of hire; project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
  • Knowledge of asset management data structures and controls; experience with ServiceNow is a plus
  • Experience in process design and implementation in the ITAM domain; able to drive continual improvement through measurable outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills; expert in Excel to analyze large volumes of data and translate insights into actions and reporting
  • IT product ownership experience (backlog/roadmap thinking, stakeholder alignment, value-driven prioritization)
  • Excellent project management skills in both Waterfall and Agile delivery models
  • Strong audit readiness and compliance mindset (particularly for software licensing) with disciplined evidence management and stakeholder coordination
  • Fluency in English
  • High level of personal integrity, with ability to professionally handle confidential matters
  • Good communicator and negotiator with a strong customer focus; strong verbal and written communication skills targeting IT and business audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills; leadership skills desirable, including the ability to coach/coordinate suppliers and virtual teams

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of HAM and SAM services, ensuring outcomes meet SLAs, KPIs, and stakeholder expectations
  • Serve as the primary escalation point, coordinating timely issue resolution with internal teams and vendors
  • Manage vendor relationships, driving service excellence, performance adherence, and value delivery
  • Oversee and track joint improvement initiatives with vendors, ensuring measurable operational impact
  • Drive a structured continual‑improvement approach across services, processes, and ways of working
  • Run operational governance routines, including service reviews, KPI tracking, risk management, and clear stakeholder reporting
  • Maintain and enhance operational dashboards, reporting, processes, and delivery documentation
  • Ensure lifecycle governance and inventory integrity for hardware and software, supporting optimization, reuse, and cost reduction
  • Maintain audit readiness and license compliance for SAM, coordinating audit responses and ensuring entitlement/usage accuracy
  • Oversee operational execution of HAM/SAM lifecycle activities, data quality across the CMDB/A/CMDB, and continuous improvement of related tools, catalogs, and controls
